Help on cookies

Purchased Pinnacle speakers on Friday. Received confirmation that day but no tracking #. Tried their site on Monday. No confirmation. Called customer service, talked to Tom Vidovic (office manager ext. 118). He said call back tomorrow to get tracking number. Called back he apologized that it didn't actually leave the warehouse but he would take care of it and e-mail tomorrow with the confirmation.
