I ordered a scanner from them on a Wednesday around 3:00 PM. Shipping was free so I just ordered standard ground shipping. I received the scanner the next morning by Fedex ground. They only had to ship it one state away, but I was very impressed that they had it packaged up and shipped out the door to me within 2 hours of my order. |

| Easy to find products and link to other product of major companies. Probably better to link or pop up Help or FAQ page while keeping ordering. I bought Yamaha CD-RW which was for Win and Mac OS but it was not shown MAC. I had to check Yamaha's web site. |

| I ordered two items and they were packed in separate boxes,even though they would have fit in one. One box came of Friday, the other came on Monday even thought they were shipped the same day. I needed them both together,(a battery and a charger.)The address had the right zip code, but the wrong town and the one delivered on Friday was hand corrected. |

| In all fareness, the main reason for delivery delay was for my benefit. I have recently moved. When CompSource noticed the delivery address did not match the address on file with my credit card company, they contacted me. After one e-mail expaining the situation, my purchase was mailed out the next day. Although I have not recieved the item purchased, I am very happy with the service I received from CompSource Inc and would use them again in the future. |

| A big part of why i ordered from csource is that they did not require the CC info when signing up as a member. My mom is very weary about her CC info sitting on a computer, and this site made her feel better even though we payed a higher price. |

| I've ordered about $2,000 worth of hardware from Compsource over the past 8 months. I've been very pleased with the website, its offerings, and the easy of purchasing. My only criticism has been with the search engine. I plan to continue ordering parts and supplies from CompSource. Is it possible to provide discounts for repeat business or B-2-B purchases, or perhaps discounts on volume or dollar amounts? |

| CompuSource is one of the ONLY on-line merchants that "Gladly" ships to APO/FPO Military addresses. I don't think most companies know how difficult it is to find merchants that sell on-line and ship via USPS Priority to arrive here in Japan(or any other location for that matter).
