Half of this order arrived promptly and in perfect order. The second portion took a bit longer. Contacted customer support and found that the order was split between East and West coast. Items arrived when customer service said they would. Customer service was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. The overall experience was excellent. I have already placed additional orders and highly recommend this merchant.
