OCR just OK; but overall an
Review: I have finally tackled the mountains of documents, bills and statements that have consumed every inch of my office for YEARS! I now have my office back! AND I CAN NOW EASILY FIND MY DOCUMENTS WITH JUST A FEW CLICKS. The OCR needs a little work, but the speed of the hardware, even scanning double-sided, cannot be beat. The hardware is nice and compact - takes up less space than my MacBook. Odd-sized and damaged documents tend to get jammed in the scanner, and this wreaks a little bit of havoc with the software; but it's easily unjammed. The software freezes, however, don't easily correct themselves; so a forced quit is sometimes necessary. These small defects aside, I would absolutely recommend this product. I can't believe I waited this long to purchase it! The arguments over clutter in my house have subsided tremendously; and that alone was well worth the price!

Cons: OCR is not the greatest, Crashes or Freezes
