Cons: needs intel processor so it won''t run on my iBook G4

Calibration Issues, No Quickbooks export
Review: I should not have to calibrate every time I use it. But Neat's customer support is not being too helpful. And they are slow! (Days to respond to each message.) I won't recommend this product unless they fix my problem! (And then only with caveats!) No ETA on the ability to export to QuickBooks. (It *can* export to Quicken, but that does me no good.)
Pros: Easy Setup, Easy To Use
Cons: Can't Export 2 QuickBooks
