Enabled me to install a three-HD RAID 5 array, plus one RAID spare and a CD-ROM all in the 4-external bays of my case, thus preserving the internal HD bays for less critical storage. Its sturdy, well ventilated, easy to install and replacement parts are available (fans, etc). I'm very happy with it.
