This product should NEVER have been put on the market. The installation CD misses software described in the installation manual, the telephone support pretends they don't know about the problems they must be blind and deaf and the thing, once you get it to work gets unstable so you have to hard reset it and start all over again. Shame on DLink. They should know better. I wonder how many customers they've lost with this piece if junk.
