Very ergonomic feel to this mouse, fits comfortably in the hand. The grip texture on either side is also a nice touch.
Has a little weight to it, which is nice. A lot of cheaper cordless mice are really light which I believe ruins the feel.
The scroll wheel is large and spins freely, again a nice feel for scrolling up and down web pages or documents.
The additional buttons are nice, although I personally don't use them often. You have a centrally located search shortcut button, web page back and forward buttons on the side and a text size up and down switch.
Overall one of the nicest cordless mice I've ever used.
