We now have 3 ledger size color laser printers in our office and the other two (HP & Toshiba) are either slow printing from Autocad or broken (respectively). I bought this Ricoh because we were on a tight budget and we needed a color laser that had a duplex option and printed on ledger size paper. This one fit the bill and is now the workhorse of the office. Hasn't failed us yet (knock on wood) and the consumables are less expensive than others. The print quality is the best out there, but printing at 1200 dpi is more than adequate for our needs. Oh, and it's heavy, so think about where you're going to mount it. All around solid color laser printer.
