This box has a lot of bang for the buck, but also has a lot of problems. Mine has completely failed and will have to pay for a new one until the one I purchase is repaired, then they will refund the $1800. Getting a hold of anyone in the company (buffalo, not CompSource) is very difficult. Seems the only person that works is the 1 tech support guy. I would never buy anything from this company (Buffalo, not CompSource) again.
