This product provides a wireless signal within my home. Prior to the purchase I was only able to get a signal if I climbed up on the roof of my home or garage - [a real 'Green Acres' affair]. It comes with sufficient antenna cable that I was able to install the antenna on top of my roof and centralize the unit within any living area that I want to receive a signal. The UPS guy that delivered the product ordered one the next day - it is a must for areas where mountains block any line of site to cell-phone towers. It is simple to setup: take your cell phone and find an outside signal; setup the included antenna in that location; attach the wires (antenna cable and power source) to the unit; turn it on and enjoy having an in home wireless signal for cellphones in the 800mhz range. The point is the product works if you have a signal outside your home, i.e. on the roof....
