This product is very easy to set up, and the freedom of having a hands free system is amazing. I use it solely for Skype to Skype voice communication in my home. I was hoping to get that the same crystal clear reception that Skype has. But with this headset, there is a good amount of background noise, a periodic 'tick', and moments of drop out or garbled voice. The sound quality is unfortunately not any better than my cell phone (which isn't great). I'm hoping for a software upgrade at some point. Aside from voice quality, using this headset with Skype is much more convenient than using a cell phone. The headset is very comfortable.

Very easy to setup. I use it both with Skype and with my cellphone (Palm Treo 650). I seem to get a fair amount of "comfort noise" - crackling and background clicks - which I don't like. However, the sound quality is much better than the Treo's mic or receiver.

Integrates well with Skype, rings in the earpiece to tell you there's an incoming call. Battery life is decent.

All in all, I'm pretty satisfied.
