Shipping charges, software, and
custom configured systems are not refundable. There is no restocking fee for products
returned for replacement within 15 days of invoice. Products returned for refund will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee or more. No refund after 30 days. All returns require an
RMA#. RMA# must be written on the outside of all returned packages, include a copy of the
invoice. Items must have original box, manuals, software, and packaging materials.
Software and memory are not returnable. CompSource does not guarantee compatibility. Some
