ADTRAN Technical Support Professional IP Business Gateways (ATSP/IPBG) is the professional level certification for technical staff that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions using ADTRAN's IP Business Gateway solutions. To achieve this certification, the student must successfully complete and master the concepts covered in ATSA/IPBG, complete the ATSP/IPBG certification training, and pass the ATSP/IPBG exam.

• Attend the ATSP/IPBG course through one of the available options noted below.
• The ATSP/IPBG exam will be made available to you once training is complete.
• Pass the exam with an 80% or higher.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT):

• The ILT course requires students to attend a four day class entitled "ATSP/IP Telephony" that teaches hands-on skills for installing, supporting, and troubleshooting the NetVanta IP Telephony solutions. There is a fee per student that covers the cost of the training and the online exam.

Virtual ILT:

• The Virtual ILT is a Web-based version of the ATSP/IP Telephony class, offered as a two week course with four instructor-led sessions. Each lecture session is five hours, and students are provided access to remote labs. There is a fee per student that covers the cost of the Virtual ILT training, remote lab access, and the online exam.

Self-paced Study Kit:

• The Study Kit provides a comprehensive manual covering all the material presented in the instructorled training courses, and allows the student to study at his/her own pace. The Self-paced Study Kit is available for a fee and includes the kit itself and the online exam.
