I placed a phone order for a very "hot" Panasonic digital camera, generally hard to find and frequently sold at "list price". The saleperson was extremely helpful and courteous and did not make any attempt to pad the order with extras. He confirmed the camera was in stock and assured me it would ship that day even though it was only 15 minutes before the shipping cutoff time for that day. Not only was the price the best price from a legitimate seller, but the camera was delivered to my door by FedEx ground 44 hours after I hung up the phone.
