As someone who is in the customer service industry, I am all too often familiar with the negative feedback given to phone sales agents but Jordan you are very diligent and know you product line extensively. It is fun and refreshing to speak to someone who is upbeat and very tech savvy rather than someone who is dull and unaware of the products they are dealing in.
