The DAM Series GN E gooseneck modules for fixed and mobile installation comes with an integrated XLR phantom power adapter with 250Hz bass rolloff, LED ring and ON/OFF jumper. It connects to any standard mixer input with 9V - 52V power supply. The DAM Series GN E gooseneck modules are available in three different lengths: 15cm (6in), 30cm (12in), 50cm (20in). They work perfectly with the extensive range of mounting accessories available in the AKG catalog. The gooseneck module fits all DAM Series capsules, CK31, CK32, CK33, CK47 and CK80, via highly reliable contacts. | |

A very professional organization. Their stock items ship very quicly and arrive as expected. Backorder items have a estimated ship date which understandably can change as the suppliers make things available. When items ship typically the customer will get an invoice and in most cases a seperate email with detailed shipping info like tracking. Although the tracking information updates have greatly improved they are not 100% so at times a item may ship but tracking will not be readily available. The OrderTracking link on the website might show the missing tracking info but the email updates seem to be more reliable. Overall this is a great company, easy to work with, trustworthy and reliable. Customer service I will give my absolute best rating as they are there to help, they do help and they DO NOT under any circumstances give the customer the "run-around". They will gt back to you in a timely manner, usually in hours of your request. They have information that is useful, they answer your question. Quite possibly the best customer service out there.
