The Wiremold EFB45CTCBK is a low-profile cover specifically designed to attach to the EFB45S style floor boxes, providing a sleek and functional solution for cable management in various environments. Crafted from durable die-cast aluminum, this cover combines strength with style, ensuring longevity while complementing any room décor. The innovative hinge design allows the cover to rotate open a full 180°, lying flat on the floor surface for easy access to all interior modules and connections. This feature not only facilitates convenience but also reduces tripping hazards, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. Equipped with two slide egress doors, the cover locks in the open position and automatically closes around cables when the cover is shut, effectively protecting the cabling and further minimizing risks. Designed to work seamlessly with finished floors such as carpet, tile, and wood, the EFB45CTCBK requires the EFB45-CTR ring (sold separately) to achieve a flush finish with polished concrete or terrazzo floors.
