The Broan MD6T 6 In. Automatic Make-Up Air Damper is a simple solution to the oft difficult problem of providing make-up air for exhaust devices. As one of the first dampers to provide synchronized operation for kitchen, bath, and whole house ventilation, the MD6T provides an effective and affordable balance between removing air and allowing air back in only when the connected fan or hood is operating. It is an especially effective device in tightly built, energy efficient homes, and improves ventilation efficacy by providing fresh air from a known location to replace exhausted air.
