In the world of PDUS, there are essentially two types: Basic PDUS and Smart /Intelligent PDUS. The
The Smart/Intelligent label can sometimes generate confusion because it's not a term that corresponds to a singular qualifying product feature. There are a collection of advanced features that when available in a PDU model, make that model smart.

I placed a phone order for a very "hot" Panasonic digital camera, generally hard to find and frequently sold at "list price". The saleperson was extremely helpful and courteous and did not make any attempt to pad the order with extras. He confirmed the camera was in stock and assured me it would ship that day even though it was only 15 minutes before the shipping cutoff time for that day.
