I just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with my recent order. I ordered a Belkin UPS for my brother. You had excellent pricing on the unit and the free shipping really topped off the deal very well. The unit arrived on time and with no problems or hassles. There were a few other places that were cheaper for this unit. But I have found that you get what you pay for. The places that were cheaper had so many complaints (at resellerratings.com), that it's just not worth it. krs1
