Thanks Jordan for the reply, and going well beyond anything I would expect from a company helping it's customers. Most company employees would have simply looked at their catalog and said "if it's not here in our catalog we don't have it" So to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement, as a matter of fact I think the way you personally handled my inquiry is a great example of what customer service should be about, and will be using this example at my next meeting with my employees.
