The tone of my emails were unwarranted and I hope you’ll accept my sincerest apology. Before I read your email, There was a fedex truck backed in my driveway and had already left the package. When I originally read shipping date arrival 8/1-8/6, I 100% had reserved myself to Aug 6 being arrival date, based on passed purchases from different companies. The fact it arrived today, and your patience responding to my inquiries in such a prompt manner speak volumes about you and CompSource as a whole. I’m surprisingly and pleasantly impressed with my experience making this purchase. Not even because the product arrived so quick, but how quick CompSource got it shipped after purchase, and Jordan’s patience and quick responses to my emails, every time providing me with more information about the product and the shipping process than I expected.
